GoldSienna Capital acts as the general partner overseeing and managing a portfolio of investments in real estate and growth-oriented companies. Our investment approach is specifically tailored to our investor’s desire for longer-term capital growth through a core of lower risk assets, while having the opportunity to create additional value through high growth investment opportunities.

Our primary focus is the North American market, with investments in both the United States and Canada.

At the core is a diversified portfolio of cash-flow producing real estate assets that provides the partnership a source of regular income as well as the opportunity for longer term capital appreciation.

The partnership reinvests the income in high-growth opportunities, providing the partnership the opportunity for additional growth and value creation.
